One of the best gifts that our Lodge offers is Saturday morning yoga. Yoga is a sure means to bring strength, flexibility, and calm into your body and mind. And it is for everyone! Each practice is a mix of ages and abilities. Some of us are “pretzels” and some of us are “chair yogis”. Every practice is non-competitive. A member donation of $5 is requested per practice and the full amount is contributed to our Major Project. Guest non-members are welcome, with a $10 donation per practice requested.
Please consider giving yoga a try. You are welcome to come and join in the breathing, movements, and postures as you are comfortable to do. FIRST PRACTICE IS ON THE HOUSE!
Make a point of joining us this month. We meet Saturdays, 715a, upstairs at the Lodge. Be sure to check with the Front Desk for room location.
