Scholarships
The Elks National Foundation provides more than $3 million in college scholarships each year to graduating high school seniors. The Most Valuable Student scholarships are open to any graduating high school senior. Legacy Awards and Emergency Educational Grants are available only to the children of Elks.
- Most Valuable Student Competition – Four-year scholarships to the highest-rated applicants.
- Legacy Awards – One-year merit-based scholarships for children and grandchildren of Elks who are members in good standing.
- Emergency Educational Grants – Financial assistance to children of deceased or totally disabled Elks.
- Vocational Grant – Grants to assist students pursue an eligible vocational/technical course.
- Undergraduate Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities – Financial assistance to students with disabilities wishing to further their education.
- Americanism Essay Contest – Awards granted for essay writing by students Division I grades (5-6) or Division II (7-8).
