Whether you are planning a wedding, graduation, birthday, meeting or any type of social gathering we have the room to accommodate you. The Honolulu Elk’s Lodge has five separate areas available for your event. Listed below are the rates, capacity, rental fees, and contract information that is required in order to complete the party. If you have any special requests or questions do not hesitate to ask.
Menus: All menu selections are due one week before the date of your function. All menus will be typed and sent to you via fax or e-mail. All menu contracts must be signed and returned to the Elks club within 72 hours prior to the day of your function. This insures that all of your food, beverage, and staffing needs are properly meet for your function. (Fax and phone number 808-922-9238)
Room Diagrams: A room walk through will be scheduled with the contact person and banquet manager to go over all room details for your function. A room diagram will be typed and sent to you via fax or e-mail. The room diagram will need to be signed and returned to the Elks club within 72 hours prior to the day of your function. If you are unable to schedule a walk through a room diagram and set up will be made for you. The room diagram can be faxed, or e-mailed to you. (Fax and phone number 808-922-9238)
Labor Fee: A 150.00 labor fee will be charged when the room set-up has been changed the day of the function. Minor changes will be accommodated.
Clean up Fee: Any decorations that are brought in to the Elks club is the responsibility of the host and must be removed at the end of the party. A $150.00 clean up fee will be charged to remove any remaining decorations. The sponsor of the party will also be contacted.
Security Deposit Refund: The $200.00 Security Deposit that was paid prior to your function will be refunded as a check, assuming no damage has been done to the rented room. This check will be made out to the sponsoring member, and mailed to the address provided on the previously signed contract. The sponsoring member may then pass on the check to the host, (if applicable.) Rental Payments: “Elk Member” shall pay to a refundable deposit plus the full rental amount (100%) of Agreement. Check shall be made to the Honolulu Elk’s Lodge 616, located at 2933 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815.
- Lodge Room rental @ $300.00 – 200 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED
- Kainalu Room rental @ $150.00 – 200 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED
