Manager’s Spotlight
George Moniz
Aloha,
First of all, we would like to thank those of you who came out to enjoy our Octoberfest event that was held on October 10th. As those of you who came know, it was very successful night. The seven courses paired with seven different beers provided for a wonderful and new dining experience. Keep an eye out for the dining rooms next special event.
Again, I would like to thank those of you who have been expressing your concerns about the club and menus. Your comments and concerns have been reviewed and discussed. We will be implementing a new improved version of menu items from the past along with new selections that will excite your palates. Chef Eistir and Sous Chef Joe have done a new menu called “Elks Bites”. This menu will replace our current keiki menu but includes the keiki items along with more selections for those of you with a smaller appetite. They have also increased the selections on the menu and it may please you to see more “sharing” type dishes being offered.
Thanksgiving is here again. Let us do the cooking. Please come and join us for our Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet. We will have two seating’s at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please call the front desk soon to make your reservations as it tends to fill up fast.
Thanksgiving marks the start of the Holidays. We still have some dates available for that special family or company holiday party. Please call the banquet office to check for available dates.
We will be bringing in the New Year with the sounds of Augie Rey. The menu and details will be posted in the club soon.
Thank you all for your continued support.
Mahalo,
George Moniz
